Plastic Recycling Challenge

For clubs in the US*, consider taking part in Trek’s recycling challenge where you can turn specific plastics into community benches. For most areas these plastics aren’t recyclable and go into the waste stream. This cooperative program redirects the plastic into a functional, welcoming resource for the community. *At this time the program isn’t offered in Canada but your club could still participate by collecting and processing the plastic, keeping it out of the environment.
