SERVICE LEADERSHIP/ LEADERSHIP SERVICE

Both 'service' and 'leadership' are important aspects of the Rotary experience. As Rotarians, we want to be of service. We also want to develop as leaders. But what does it mean to be a leader? What does it mean to be a leader in a service organization like Rotary? And we're not just talking about a formal leadership position like committee chair or club President (although that definitely is a significant form of service and leadership!). We are all leaders in our own right. We all try our best! But there is always more to learn.

How can we become better leaders? Join us as we kick off a year of District training events with an in-person session focused on service and leadership!
