Bette Miller 2019-2022 The chair of this committee shall be the most recently returned delegate to the Council on Legislation who will select a committee. It is suggested that the committee be composed of three Past District Governors plus three area governors or experienced Rotarians. Each geographic region of the district shall be represented.
