Book a table for free to showcase your projects, RAG, favourite fellowship, or the beneficiaries of your projects. To attract visitors to your table, consider offering an engaging interaction, giveaway, or handout (cookies, candy, cards, seeds, etc.). We ask that you avoid all single-use plastic items.
 
We have fundraising opportunities for tables but they are limited, so book now! Additionally, consider donating an item to the auction that aligns with your table’s theme - it’s another great way to stand out!

The House of Friendship (HoF)will be open on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Make sure to include:
  • The subject line of the email: HoF Booth Registration.
  • What? The theme of your booth or project you want to promote or share.
  • Who? Two names with contact details of volunteers - setting up and staffing. See GOOD TO KNOW – Booth staff.  
  • How? Will you be fundraising? Describe the proposed fundraiser
  • When? You plan to set up (see GOOD TO KNOW)
  • More? Special requirements like a power outlet, banners, etc.
GOOD TO KNOW:
 
  • Set up is Saturday morning, 7-8 a.m.
  • We do not have wall space for posters, so bring your stand or easels or racks for hanging banners
  • Tables are included: 6’ or  8’.
  • Take-down is Saturday, 4:30 to 5 p.m.
  • Clubs can register up to two booth staff  (who are not conference attendees and they do not need to be Rotarians) for a cost of $35  each. Note: excludes meals and plenary access.
