A Forest Therapy Walk in Nature.

In-person walk for all ages, at Mer Bleue. The goal of a Family Forest Bathing walk is to spark a wonder of being in the forest. Alyssa Delle Palme, Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide, will provide gentle invitations that will help families deepen their connection to each other, the land and themselves. Babies and toddlers welcome!

The walk also involves a relaxing blanket time where infants and children will be stimulated by nature's mobiles. A Forest Tea will complete the session.

Intended Audience: For families with children; children to be accompanied by parent.
Timeframe:  1.5 hours (plus travel time)

Maximum participants:  20 (Babies are not counted in this total).  First come, first served.
