Question: What is the dress code?
Answer: Business/Rotary casual during the day, Jacket/blazer and tie, appropriate equivalent for women in the evening.
 
Question: What currency are both the Event and Hotel prices shown in?
Answer: Both are in Canadian Dollars.
 
Question: How much will it cost per person to attend the zone conference and what's included?

Question: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: Cancellations: - Before September 30, 2020 - $25 Processing fee. - After September 30, 2020 - No Refund
 
Question: Is there a separate program for Rotaract / Interact / Youth Exchange?
Answer: Our intention is to have a program that is of interest to all – in fact, hoping to have some Rotaractors / Interactors / Youth Exchange lead a break-out or two.
 
Question: How much is a room at the hotel and how do I book it?
Answer: We've reserved a block of rooms at the hotels where the conference is being hosted.  Click here for more information about the hotels and a link to the booking site.
 
Question: What is the transportation available?
Answer: Most people will arrive by car. Train service is available from Montreal, Kingston, or Brockville. Anyone from the USA will need to tie into the Via Rail service.
 
Question: Is there parking at the hotel?
Answer: Yes, absolutely.  You have complimentary parking at both facilities.
 
Question: Does the Hotel have free Wi-Fi?
Answer: Absolutely.  You will find free Wi-Fi in all meeting rooms & guest rooms.
 
Question: What can else can I do when I am in Ottawa?
