We now look at creating our long-term plans and goals as our Action Plan. This year, our District created a districtwide plan to get things started; it’s based on the RI Action Plan for this year. At our District Conference at the end of April, we’ll spend time on Saturday afternoon looking at tweaking our District’s Plan for 25-26 as well as looking at your Club’s plan for next Rotary year. By the way, it’s important that EVERY club member is aware of your Club’s plan, otherwise it only belongs to a few and you won’t accomplish much. Plan on providing your members a copy of your most recent Plan. Begin talking among all of your members about where you’d like to take it, especially after looking at your community’s needs (check with your United Way for recent data). This will be a great place to begin, so get started and then bring your draft to our Conference in Ottawa, April 25 th & 26 th . We’ll help move your Club forward through ACTION!
