Mandate: Obtain & store RCWO documents/resources/artifacts that have historical and intrinsic value. Review records periodically based on the retention schedule. Provide aids to enable members who are searching for information about club activities, programs and projects. Vision: Convert paper archives to a digital platform to make RCWO's rich history come alive with photos, stories and project information that are easily searchable and accessible for members.
